We are delighted to announce that Swift PMAS Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Swift Energy Technology Berhad has been honoured with the Gold Award in Machinery, Electrical and Electronics category and recognised as Exporter of the Year in Mid-tier/Large Company categories at the Export Excellence Awards (EEA) 2024. This prestigious accolade, organised by Star Media Group in partnership with Standard Chartered Malaysia and supported by the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), was graced by the presence of Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz, Minister of Investment, Trade & Industry. The event celebrated outstanding contributions and achievements in Malaysia’s export sector.
A wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in 2006, Swift PMAS began operations by offering assembly, wiring and testing services for process control and power distribution systems including Ex (explosion-proof) products. Over time, the company has grown to specialise in comprehensive Ex solutions for electrical systems. In hazardous environments, including Ex Solar PV systems, Ex process control panels, and related applications. Our services cover engineering and design for explosive atmospheres, installation of certified equipment and ongoing maintenance all in compliance with international standards such as IECEx and ATEX. Today Swift PMAS plays an important role in driving our export growth, particularly through its innovations in industrial automation and power systems, which is an initiative that have played a key role in expanding our global footprint.
